Good Night Sleep with Back Pain in Inver Grove Heights?

Good Night Sleep with Back Pain in Inver Grove Heights?

Are you suffering from chronic back pain? Chances are if you're suffering from chronic back pain, you're not getting a good night's sleep either and that's what I wanted to talk to you about today. 65% of the population that deals with chronic pain in the neck, chronic pain in the back of the hips, have sleep disorders, have problems sleeping, and I wanted to give you a few tips on what to do when you're having trouble getting to sleep.

Sometimes you're having trouble getting to sleep, sometimes you're having trouble staying asleep. And so, here's a couple of great tips for you, one that is unbelievably important tip for you is 85% of people are deficient in magnesium.

Magnesium helps relax the muscles, relax the heart, relax the body. It takes tension away, which will ultimately help reduce pain. One easy thing to add, if you haven't, is start taking a magnesium supplement. Magnesium glycinate is probably the best one today. There's a new one, Dr. Mercola's got on his website, maybe I'll put a link to that one, but magnesium glycinate is the one that I've recommended for years and recommend for you to try.

That one will help you get good night's sleep. Go to your local chiropractor--Gonstead chiropractor--and start getting your spine evaluated. If you have not gotten your spine evaluated, you should really consider that because one of the best side effects, and I say side effects in a positive light, after getting spinal tension removed and your spine adjusted, is people say they sleep unbelievably better. And so, that's the second tip that I have for you.

The third one is just really to get your mind in the state of sleep and essential oils is something that you should look into. Essential oils like lavender or frankincense, which is also known as Boswellia, rubbing that on your joints, rubbing that on your chest, getting things to where you're relaxed and breathing, might help you get a little bit more comfortable.

Obviously, this is a big topic. We could go on and on and on, but I try to keep it to close to 3 minutes every time. Sometimes I go over, but these are really helpful tips for you. I think you should consider. Message me if you have questions further. If you're struggling with this, it's a big deal; there are a bunch of other things that I would recommend depending on your situation.

So, I hope that helps you. Have a great day.
