Chiropractic Inver Grove Heights MN Matt

Matt Williamson

Movement Specialist - CPT, NASM-CES, PES, TPI, FMS, ART, CPPC, GGS-1, CMT

I am constantly searching for ways to better help my patients move pain free, with integrity and purpose. My drive for getting over 50 advanced certifications and specialities in movement diagnostics and performance has always been to be able to provide the best care and highest quality care I can possibly give.

When I started my journey getting people out of pain was my primary focus. Over the last 20 years, I have learned that a high quality of life doesn't just mean pain free or the absence of pain. I've discovered that being able to count on your body when you need it, matters more. Being able to rake leave, pick up your kids, tie your shoes, run a marathon or be a professional athlete or simply sit in a movie and enjoy yourself really is what matters most to people.

After 20 years of working with over 35,000 patients, including professional athletes like the MN Vikings, Olympic athletes, Elderly, Infants and everybody in between I find that what brings me the most joy is simply seeing people live a healthy life and be able to count on their bodies for as long as possible.

Your pain goal, life goals, fitness goal, performance goals, whatever health goals people have, I strive to help achieve to the best of my abilities.
